When will I receive my purchase?
Our usual turnaround time from the date of order is 1-3 business days before shipping, if this changes we will have banners on our website to confirm this.
Standard UK Delivery
Normally arrives in 2-3 business days on orders placed Monday – Friday.
Your order will be delivered Monday – Saturday (excluding Sundays and bank holidays).
Do I need to sign?
Where possible a signature is obtained.
What if I’m not in?
If you are not at home, the driver may leave the parcel in a secure place or with a neighbor and post a card advising you where they have left it. If they are unable to deliver the parcel after 3 attempts, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
If your order does not arrive within 7 days and you have not had any communication from us to advise of a delay please email us at customerservice@yenom.shop to track a missing order.
Can I track my parcels?
To track your parcel, please use the tracking ID found in your despatch confirmation email.
